Each with arched rectangular padded back and bowed seat-rail covered in close-nailed blue velvet, the moulded frame with acanthus cresting flanked by key-pattern capitals hung with husks, on ring-turned fluted tapering legs headed by stiff-leaf and patera, each stamped to the underside of the front-rail 'J. B. B. DEMAY', the back of one chair and one leg with restored break, re-decorated, losses to gilding (6)
