A 'Havana' cigar box containing a collection of miscellaneous items including:
an orange/brown 'bakelite' mapping pen, 12.5cm. long; an orange and black-flecked cloth wick from a spirit lamp/stove, 14.5cm. long; two short lengths of brass chain, each 18cm. long; a triangular-sectioned iron alloy file for metal, marked with
indistinct waterfowl above letters 'TRV' on one face, and 'arrow'
proof-mark on a second, 17.5cm. long
; a collection of seven steel keys, five stamped 'Secure Lever', 3cm. long, on a single piece of string, each with individual early paper label attached, one reading 'Morning G'; a collection of six keys, four 4.5cm. long, two 3.8cm. long, on a single split-ring key-ring with attached bone label; a large safety pin, 6cm. long; a small piece of red sealing-wax, 2.5cm. long; a small brass part, 9cm. long, from an unidentified scientific instrument.
