With lobed quatrefoil sides, enamelled to the centre with a coat-of-arms, surmounted by a goose perched on a helmet, flanked by extensive feathery mantling suspending a banderole below inscribed 'Le Grand', the deep moulded sides encircled by Louis XV-style leafy scrollwork in gilt and pink
