With circular well and extended, slightly angled rim moulded with rectangular panels of basketweave in the middle of each facet, also decorated in Kakiemon-style in polychrome enamels and gilt over transparent glaze with two spiky-tailed birds, plum, bamboo, a bamboo fence and hedges, the underside undecorated, four spur marks on base
