Painted in polychrome enamels and gilt over a clear crackled glaze with people at leisure below the pierced spherical center section painted with a continuous band of 'Taoist precious emblems,' the area above enameled with a landscape, all separated by geometric and floret bands, the interior of the mouth decorated with blossoms
