The circular tazza, the rim inset with eleven oval portrait medallions of Roman Emperors, centred by a figure of a cherub on a globe, above a baluster decorated with cherubs and flanked by two cherubs and two mermaids all holding a garland, on six scroll griffin supports, on a stepped circular base with geometrical-pattern border
