Of rectangular form, the sides each centred with a shield-enclosed coat of arms, flanked by flowers and scrolling acanthus, the ends each with a similar ribbon-garlanded coat of arms, with zinc liner, on a pair of double acanthus-carved scrolled volute supports, on rectangular base and separate rectangular plinths
