A George III provincial cream jug,
the helmet shaped body on square pedestal foot, engraved with bright-cut foliate band with pricked detail, the sides with garlands, paterae and husking between vertical flutes, the front with pendant octagonal cartouche engraved with initials SG, the base engraved with scallops and subbursts, by Thomas Graham and Jacob Willis of Bath (London hallmarks for 1791), 16cm high, 4oz.
