An early 18th century French fiddle pattern (without shoulders) basting spoon, stamped with two sets of incuse initials, engraved with a further set of initials and stamped with a mark "JGR" on top of the stem, (possibly a later duty mark), makers mark distorted, Paris 1727-32 - 30.5cm long, 4.25oz.
