the peirced outer surround with stylised scallop-shells to the corners and with heavy, scrolling foliage to the sides; polychrome winged cherub masks to the top and bottom; reverse profile mouldings to the sight edge -- 13 x 11 x circa 5in. (33.7 x 27.9 x circa 12.5cm.)
