unused 3c Mother's Day, original imperforate and gummed 'presentation' issue (737 var.), 172 stamps taken from the same sheet of 200 as the large multiple in the previous lot, mostly horizontal or vertical pairs, but incl. three blocks of four, center line block of four, block of ten and two B. plate no. 21205 blocks of six, all with full o.g., each stamp is backstamped 'FDR original' and numbered in pencil, many have small faults (mostly small thins), otherwise very fine, these are the stamps that directly lead to the creation of the Farley issues est.
