Depicting Maharana Sangram Singh II within a nimbus seated facing right and holding a gold waterpipe atop the elephant decorated in red and gold surrounded by his retinue in procession, with Rao Ram Singh behind him holding a flywhisk and Maharaja Takhat Singh, Price Jagat Singh and Kishan Singh Tuar on horseback and chowry-bearer Tulsi Das on foot, the names inscribed on the reverse and repeated in a later inscription in the upper red border
