Dom Prignon--Vintage 1982 Tasting note: Pale gold with bountiful tiny bubbles. The nose is very subtle and a touch floral. Aromas of slightly smoked toast combined with hints of nut and pear, mark the characteristics of the 1982 vintage. The most outstanding feature of this vintage is the contrast between the initial expression of fullness on the front palate and the lively finish where citrus fruit flavours evolve into hints of toast.
