Each modelled as an upturned flower-head with ribbed and lobed sides and flaring foliate rim, brightly enamelled on the exterior with a large peacock perched on a terrace fence, the peahen perched on a branch of stylised flowering foliage, both birds divided from each other by a large clump of blue pierced rockwork issuing large and small puce blooms, a raised iron-red and gilt band at the interior rim, bases pierced, one with some restoration
