Circa 1765, blue crossed swords mark, the movement 19th century
The Of rocaille-moulded cartouche shape on scroll feet, the domed cover and shoulder pierced as trellis with forget-me-not blossoms applied at the joins, the circular clock face with roman chapters and set into the central portion, a vignettes in the manner of Boucher of gallants and their companions frolicking in a garden painted below, the sides applies with trailing vines of flowers, figures of putti on one shoulder, a similar putto playing a hurdy gurdy as the finial

The figure of a putto on the present example, though period with the clock, is a replacement.
