Circa 1755, blue crossed swords mark at the back, the underside with an illegible ink inscription
The inebriated youth wearing an open puce-lined yellow jacket, turquoise 'skirt' and puce breeches, his raised left hand offering a glass of wine, the bottle in his right hand, the rocaille moulded base enriched in gilt and applied with flowers
