All handles of the collection shaped, lightly hammered and with stepped pattern, and the blades of the knives stainless steel, comprising twelve table-spoons, forks and knives, twelve dessert-spoons and forks and eleven knives, twelve fish-forks and knives, ten fruit-knives, twelve ice-cream spoons, twelve jelly-spoons, twelve small forks, eleven coffee-spoons, twelve mocha-spoons, a bread-knive, two meat-server forks, three vegetable servers, a fish-server fork and knive, two rice servers, two potato servers, a fried egg server, two salade serving sets, an ice-cream server, a cake slice, two sauce ladles, a mustard spoon, two butter knives, three forks, two sugar spoons, a pair of sugar-tongues and a nut-cracker, the collection of knives includes six table-knives and twelve fruit-knives, all with moulded handles and stainles steel blades
