Maker's mark illegible, Alkmaar, 1920
The moulded rectangular base resting on four paw supports, engraved with Dutch landscapes, the clock-case decorated with scrolls and flowers, the upper part flanked by two colums and surmounted by two lying female figures and three detachable standing figures, one of them missing, two hinged doors revealing pendulum and clockwork, the watch painted with a Dutch harbour scene
