Two English silver and two German silver tankards
Maker's mark of Thomas Mason, London, circa 1730, by Thomas Whipham, London, 1749, and possibly Hanau, circa 1890
The first tapering, on spreading base, scroll handle , domed cover, later chased with floral scrolls and floral motifs, the second pear-shaped with scroll handle and domed cover, also later chased with floral C-scrolls, the other two with various raised scenes, domed covers and scroll handles
The largest 23cm. (9in.) high
marked on bases and bodies
