A pair of Meissen candlestick figures
modelled as a male hunter and companion, he wearing hat, pink jacket and grey breeches, she wearing bonnet, blue bodice and striped skirt and apron, both seated between branches, on rocky scroll-moulded bases, blue crossed swords marks, Pressnummern 23 and incised 1129 and 1138, circa 1880 (some damages and restoration) -- 19.5cm and 20cm. high
