AN EARLY MING WHITE-GLAZED ANHUA-DECORATED STEM BOWL
15TH CENTURY, PROBABLY INTERREGNUM PERIOD

The deep bowl with everted rim raised on a slightly flared pedestal foot, with a ribbon-like cloud incised in the center below anhua-decoration of two sinuous dragons chasing flaming pearls amidst clouds, all under a clear glaze of even tone--5½in. (14cm.) diam.
