A Swiss stained pine marquetry armoire, early 18th century, probably Engadina
Decorated overall with applied scrolled arabesques and stylized dragons, the later stepped cornice and frieze with beeded reserves and flowerhead panels above two panelled doors conformingly decorated flanked by shaped panels with beaded borders, the interior now lined with white damask, fitted with two shaped shelves, the sides with wrought iron handles and on later panelled stepped plinth, restorations, the moulding separating the two doors later
