Both with shaped moulded carved backs, one with the toprail carved with foliage and a shell motif, the other with floral motifs, both with outscrolled arms, the seat rails conformingly carved above acanthus headed cabriole legs, one fauteuil with X-shaped stretcher and feet re-tipped, the other one previously with a stretcher and with three feet re-tipped, one inscribed in red ink 'S.5' with indistinct label, the other one numbered 'S.6.', restorations (2)
