including a George III pepper caster of baluster form with baluster shaped finial, probably by John Delmester, 1759; and the following modern pieces: a pair of sugar casters of urn shape with covers pierced in a plume and dot pattern, with knop finials, by Martin Hall & Co. Ltd., Sheffield, 1929; a caster, Birmingham, 1929; another, with wrythen finial, Birmingham, 1907; a sugar bowl with shaped rim and paw feet with lion's mask terminals, by G. Nathan & R. Hayes, Chester, 1900; a pair of toast racks by Martin Hall & Co. Ltd., Sheffield, 1929; an Old Sheffield Plate wine funnel with gadrooned edge; and a plated bowl on pedestal foot, the sugar casters 17cm. high, 31oz. weighable. (10)
