Narrow-chancery 2 (280 x 176mm). Greek type 4:79 (text), roman 10:82 (title, dedication). 54 lines and headline. Initialspaces with guide-letters. Full-page woodcut and typographical diagrams on AA5v and AA7r-v, a few small diagrams. (Lacks I-K8 s4 M8 N-O6 containing Leon's commentary on Hermeneutics, colophon on v and Psellos' paraphrase of the Hermeneutics, title with upper margin replaced and with small holes, AA1 lightly soiled, EE5 stained, some light spotting.) 20th-century red morocco-backed cloth boards. Provenance: annotated, dated February 1545 at Padua at end.
