possibly Neale & Co., of flared form, painted with a loose spray of flowers within a cartouche moulded with C-scrolls, beneath feuilles-de-choux rims, on a leaf-moulded mound above shaped rectangular base, circa 1790 (some damages and restoration) -- 20cm. high
