A pair of Nantgarw plates
each painted with three pink roses and insects within a gilt roundel below six sprays of roses on a speckled gilt ground within panels of gilt leaves below a shaped gilt dentil rim, impressed marks, circa 1820 (some slight rubbing and minor scratches, one with a very minor shallow chips to footrim) -- 24cm. diam.
