Lightly bin-soiled labels. Levels eight base of neck or better, three very top and one top-shoulder
Tasting note: appearance medium-deep, a fine gradation of colour stretching to a pleasantly mature rim; a fine, classic cedar nose, depth, more to come. On the palate a good, crisp flavour, touch of iron, lean and refreshing, excellent aftertaste. Will develop with further bottle-age. M.B.
