The curved fullered blade embellished with eight gilt motifs of American Eagle holding E PLURIBUS UNUM riband; panoply-of-arms and floral adorned riband WARRANTED, on a bright blued ground, white-brass hilt with langets, bone grip with twisted wire wrap. heavy white-brass sheath with two hanging rings.

Some staining on blade, with blue finish quite vivid, chips to bone grips, hilt repaired or perhaps replaced, denting on scabbard.
