In the Gothic taste, the superstructure with pierced fleurs de lys and foliate three quarter gallery and fitted with pigeon holes flanked by six drawers to either side, the top inlaid with interlaced geometric stellar parquetry designs with a foliate edge, containing three drawers in the frieze, with cupboards below enclosed by panelled doors with linen folds between polygonal columns and projecting feet
