Of trefoil design, in the Louis XV taste, the top inset with a veined pale marble panel (defective), within a brass beaded border, the sides with open compartment and divided by mask trailing ornament, on triple splayed supports joined by a trefoil undertier, the sabots loose, bearing a label with initials H.C.M.
