A GREEK TERRACOTTA LYRE-PLAYER

Perhaps from Myrina, depicted nude but for sandals, of slender, fleshy proportions, striding forward with his left leg advanced, both feet angled down, his arms pulled to the left, originally holding the now-missing instrument, his head inclined to the right, wearing a fillet with projecting leaves in his center-parted hair, with tendrils of hair framing his neck, three small suspension holes in back above the large oval vent, a inscribed on the left side of his back
