seated on elaborate thrones carved with dragons and phoenix among clouds, the male dressed in dragon robes and necklaces, the female similar holding a ruyi sceptre, on lotus petal bases and bands of confronting dragons -- 11in (29.8cm) high, fitted wood stands, 19th Century.
