AN EMERALD-GREEN AND WHITE JADEITE HANGING FLOWER BASKET
The hollow basket carved to the exterior with butterflies and foliage, with a bell suspended from a ring to the base, the basket cover surmounted by lotus flowers in various stages of bloom, leaves and waterweeds, together with a mandarin duck, a songbird and a ladybird, all suspended on a pair of loose-ring chains connected by a yoke-shaped support, the stone of highly translucent ice-white tone with deep apple and emerald green inclusions (tiny nick to foot rim)
