On octagonal base, raised on eight angular spreading supports, the molded sides engraved with a presentation inscription and rising to a fluted shaped circular bowl applied with waves, sea monsters and stylized lobsters, with everted rim, the center with an elaborate boss formed of naked figures amid waves rising to a cresting water spout surmounted by a three-masted galleon, marked on side and boss, engraved under base OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT--14 1/4in. (36.2cm.) diameter
