The first, set with a sugarloaf cabochon emerald weighing 1.69 carats within a circular-cut diamond surround to the three-stone triangular shoulders, mounted in 18K white gold; and the second, set with four oval-cut diamonds framing a small diamond collet to form a central flowerhead to the calibr-cut yellow sapphire shoulders, mounted in 18K yellow gold
With certificate 33445 dated 8/3/99 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the emerald is of Afghan origin. It is the opinion of the Laboratory that this material exhibits evidence of moderate clarity enhancement (Oil Type Treatment). (2)
