eight sides with reeded borders, the teapot panelled with an upper cover and lower frieze of repeating floral and shell-like motifs on a rayed ground, with a domed cover and urn finial, the stand engraved to match, resting on reeded and shell feet, by Peter & Ann Bateman, 1792, the stand - 19.5cm long, 21.25oz.
