Arabic manuscript on paper, 12ll. black naskh, punctuation in red, double ruled purple margin, divisions of text marked marginally with red, green and yellow, opening bifoio illuminated in black, green, yellow, purple and orange, the following bifolio with yellow and purple rules between the lines of text, brown morocco binding and flap with stamped medallion, and spandrels, with signature of Ibn Ahmad, attributed to the village of Ahla in the Philippines and with the date Safar AH 1250/1834-5 AD, (some light wear, smudging and staining) - 35 x 21cm.
