The first of square shape composed of iron inlaid on the lid in gilt and silver with cranes in an iris pond and on the sides with bands of grapes vines and stylized floral patterns, gilt interior engraved with phoenixes and flowers, signed on the base Fuku within a fan shaped reserve; the second cast as a small folding fan , cast on the lid with cranes and cherry trees, details gilt, and engraved on the sides with birds, also gilt, signed on the handle of the fan Motonobu--1 3/4 and 2 1/4 in.
