Painted to the exterior with a continuous band depicting the eight Immortals with various animals including a kylin, an elephant, a Buddhist lion, a tiger and a horse

a similar pair of famille rose hexagonal bowls painted to the exterior with precious objects within bands of ruyi heads and stiff-leaves and key-fret foot rims -- 8in. (20.3cm.) wide; and a famille rose quatrefoil bowl painted with a continuous rocky landscape, the reverse with lines of calligraphy -- 5¼in. (13.3cm.) wide, all mid 19th century (4)
