The rectangular top with applied molding above a conforming case fitted with a till over a molded base with double-scalloped apron, on bracket feet, the whole blue-painted and decorated with yellow, red and blue rosettes, pinwheels and geometric designs around a double scrolling foliate vine above three painted reserve-enclosed inscriptions.
