A pair of famille rose jardinieres
painted with birds perched on trailing willow branches in gardens of peonies and wisteria, within borders of lappets reserved with lotus sprays and geometric designs, the rims with panels of birds amongst flowers on grounds of stylised flowerheads and further geometric pattens -- 15½in. (39.5cm.) diam, 19th Century, (one with glaze chips to rim.)
