Depicting the Red form of Avalokiteshvara with his consort seated on a lotus cushion at center, his head surrounded by a green nimbus and multicolored light rays flanked by Hayagriva and Guhyadakini at left and right, also with five forms of Avalokiteshvara depicted above and below in white and a dancing Mahasiddha at top
