(27 1/2 x 21 1/2in.), old half roan and cloth sides, all leather perished from red rot, lacks plates 30 and 33, 8 plates (nos. 1, 2, 10, 13, 14, 47, 48, and 135) with tears, seven of them crudely repaired with tape, though not seriously affecting subjects, a further 11 plates with short tears or nicks, mostly repaired and all in blank margins, plates 46 and 128 foxed, plate 126 spotted, plates 41, 51 and 71 browned, a few other sheets discolored, preliminary leaves stained and repaired, lacks text volumes.
