A Russian cut commemorative goblet
St. Petersburg Imperial Glass Factory, the tall conical fluted bowl applied with a white overlay panel painted in pale-pink and sepia shades with a bust-length portrait of Tsar Alexander I, above a gilt facet knopped lower section and serrated circular foot, circa 1820 (minor chips and rubbing to gilding) -- 18.5cm. high
