The case modelled with the figure of a naked young woman recumbent upon a bed, an eagle with displayed wings raising the covers from her body, the front inset with a white enamel Arabic dial with pierced gilt-metal hands, on fluted toupie feet to a white marble rectangular plinth with concave cut corners, the twin barrel movement with platform escapement and strike on bell -- 15in. (38cm.) high
