Modelled as the head of a salmon, a fishing line running through its gills and out of its mouth, cut cross section behind the dorsal fin to reveal the red flesh and white bones, the belly split open to accomodate the cord, the head and fins in horn and the body in sharkskin, the eyes inlaid in bone
