A Royal Crown Derby shield-shaped two-handled vase and cover
designed and painted by Désiré Leroy, with a panel of musical devices and pink roses, signed, within raised gilt, seeded and 'jewelled' cartouches issuing scrolling foliage, on a dark-blue ground, the fluted neck with pendant flowers, shape 1114, printed iron-red mark, date code for 1905 (minor wear to raised gilding) -- 12cm. high
