A George III mahogany reading table
On later base, the hinged ratcheted adjustable top with later detachable bookrest enclosing a well containing two brass candle holders which screw into candle slides with brass screw holes, with a frieze drawer to each side, on later turned baluster column and tripod base with pad feet, the underside of the top with large screw for original base
