Each urn-shaped nozzle above a trumpet-form stem with rounded knop, on a square base with circular-recessed center engraved with a crest depicting a hippocamp on ropetwist beneath a coronet (partly rubbed), each inscribed D4 and bearing a paper label inscribed 39, one with an additional paper label typed 6055
